tests: add a correct test header to test-tutorial.t

Otherwise the title of the entire HTML doc is "Initial setup".

test of the rebase command

inmemory rebase currently drops the topic.

BUG: inmemory rebase currently drops the topic.  This is the correct output
because of there's a config override.
