Enable obsolescence to avoid the warning issue when obsmarkers are found

  $ cat << EOF >> $HGRCPATH

  > evolution = all

Run check manifest:

  $ cd $TESTDIR/..
  $ check-manifest
  lists of files in version control and sdist match
