tests: accommodate both "hg-evolve" and "hg_evolve" in tarballs

Looks like current distutils (or maybe setuptools, I'm not an expert) that are
available in Debian Testing create tarballs that have an underscore instead of
a hyphen in the name.

The paths inside the tarball are also different, so we need to change the sed
instruction too.

Testing single head enforcement: Case B-4
=========================================

A repository is set to only accept a single head per name (typically named
branch). However, obsolete changesets can make this enforcement more
complicated, because they can be kept visible by other changeset on other
branch.

This case is part of a series of tests checking this behavior.
