Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
tests: run debug-default-topic-namespace after --clear, but before evolve This way we make sure that repeatedly running the command with --clear doesn't detect already rewritten changesets and doesn't produce more and more rewrites by accident.
