test-compat: create a compatibility branch for Mercurial 5.7

Mercurial 5.8rc1 has been released and we're expecting 5.8 soon, so the stable
branch is no longer about 5.7.

Enable obsolescence to avoid the warning issue when obsmarkers are found

  $ cat << EOF >> $HGRCPATH
  > [experimental]
  > evolution = all
  > EOF

Run check manifest:

  $ cd $TESTDIR/..
  $ check-manifest
  lists of files in version control and sdist match
