tests: strip trailing slash and skip the first line in test-check-sdist.t

To be able to easily compare the output of `tar -t` with other commands (such
as `find`) we want to strip the trailing slash from directories and also
exclude the first line in the output (which is now empty after previous sed
manipulations).
