tests/test-convert-splicemap.t

run-tests: pass an optional TestResult into _executetests()

If the result is passed, we execute tests in the unittest way. A
subsequent patch will actually do this.

Test splicemap and conversion order

We want 2 to depend on 1 and 3. Since 3 is always converted after 2,
