largefiles status: update lfdirstate with result from cleanliness check

Problem: 'hg status' kept checking largefiles with an unknown state until some
other command wrote the updated dirstate.

Solution: Add missing lfdirstate.write().

ERROR: FIXME: This is a known failure of filelog.size for data starting with \1\n
OK.
