parsers: fix two leaks in index_ancestors

Both happy paths through this function leaked the returned list:

1) If the list was of size 0 or 1, it was retained an extra time and then
   returned.

2) If the list was passed to find_deepest, it was never released before
   exiting this function.

Both paths spotted by cpychecker.

Should issue new head warning:

  $ echo stuffy > a

Should not issue new head warning:

  $ hg ci -q -Amc

  $ hg up -r0000
  0 files updated, 0 files merged, 1 files removed, 0 files unresolved

  $ echo crap > a
  $ hg branch testing
  marked working directory as branch testing
  (branches are permanent and global, did you want a bookmark?)

Should not issue warning:

  $ hg ci -q -Amd
