revlog: drop the unused `_chunkcache` attribute

Apparently, some time ago, the chunk cache moved in the randomaccessfile object.

  $ hg rm a

  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
