rebase: use unfiltered repo when loading state
Before this patch, `rebase --abort` may fail to do the cleanup:
$ hg rebase --abort
rebase aborted (no revision is removed, only broken state is cleared)
The added test case makes sure `--abort` works in this case.

#require test-repo
Enable obsolescence to avoid the warning issue when obsmarker are found
$ . "$TESTDIR/helpers-testrepo.sh"
Go back in the hg repo
$ cd $TESTDIR/..
$ for node in `testrepohg log --rev 'not public() and ::. and not desc("# no-check-commit")' --template '{node|short}\n'`; do
> testrepohg export --git $node \

> if [ $? -ne 0 ]; then
> echo "Revision $node does not comply with rules"
> echo '------------------------------------------------------'
> cat ${TESTTMP}/check-commit.out
> echo
