color: pass 'ui' to 'win32print'

Same logic as before,'win32print' relies on some data we will move on the 'ui'
object soon, we update the API beforehand for clarity.

A script to generate nasty diff worst-case scenarios:

  $ cat > s.py <<EOF

  $ hg init a

Check in a big file:

  $ python ../s.py > a

Modify it:

Time a check-in, should never take more than 10 seconds user time:
