dirstatenonnormalcheck: fix some bytes formating on python3

Passing any object to `%s` no longer works, we need to explicitely convert the
representation to bytes.

  $ mkdir a
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ hg ci -m m a

Relative delete:
