test-bundle2-format: force gc so a GeneratorExit will be thrown

PyPy has looser semantics than CPython for when a generator's close
method will be called.  Forcing the gc causes it to be called at
the right moment.

Testing tagging with the EOL extension

  $ hg init repo
  $ cd repo
  $ cat > .hgeol <<EOF

  adding .hgeol

Tag:

  $ hg tag 1.0

Rewrite .hgtags file as it would look on a new checkout:

  $ hg update -q null
  $ hg update -q

Touch .hgtags file again:

  $ hg tag 2.0

  $ cd ..
