tests: convert bisect support regex to binary

The bisection feature of run-tests still fails tests with this because
bisect itself doesn't work yet. We'll get there.

  $ echo a > a
  $ hg ci -Am t
  adding a

  $ hg mv a b
  $ hg ci -Am t1
  $ hg debugrename b
