color: drop use of the 'global' keyword for '_style' Using 'global' is usually a bad sign. Here it is used so that one can empty the content of a dict at the global scope. We '_style.clear()' and drop the global.

  $ hg init a
  $ cd a
  $ hg init b
  $ echo x > b/x

Should print nothing:

  $ hg add b
  $ hg st

  $ echo y > b/y
  $ hg st

Should fail:

  $ hg st b/x
  abort: path 'b/x' is inside nested repo 'b' (glob)
