  $ cd a

Should print nothing:

  $ hg add b
  $ hg st

  $ echo y > b/y
  $ hg st

Should fail:

  $ hg st b/x
  abort: path 'b/x' is inside nested repo 'b'

  $ hg add b/x

Should fail:

Should arguably print nothing:
