mq: add '.' and '..' to list of forbidden patch names

When an empty string is being passed to normname
it would return '.' causing checkfile() to always
return that a patch with that name exists.

  $ mkdir t
  $ cd t
  $ hg init
  $ echo 0 > a
  $ echo 0 > b
  $ echo 0 > t.h
  $ mkdir t
  $ echo 0 > t/x
  $ echo 0 > t/b
  $ echo 0 > t/e.h

Issue294: hg remove --after dir fails when dir.* also exists
