keyword: do not customize ui.note() when overwriting
Behaviour change:
hg commit --verbose now prints out the names of the files
which are overwritten.
Basic install:
$ make # see install targets
$ make install # do a system-wide install
$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg # see help
