revlog: choose a consistent ancestor when there's a tie

Previously, we chose a rev based on numeric ordering, which could
cause "the same merge" in topologically identical but numerically
different repos to choose different merge bases.

We now choose the lexically least node; this is stable across
different revlog orderings.

  $ echo a > a
  $ hg ci -Am'not executable'

  $ chmod +x a
  $ hg ci -m'executable'
  $ hg id

Make sure we notice the change of mode if the cached size == -1:

  $ hg revert -r 0 a
  $ hg debugstate
  n   0         -1 unset               a
  $ hg status
  M a

  $ hg up 0
  1 files updated, 0 files merged, 0 files removed, 0 files unresolved
