fileset: use fctx.isbinary instead of util.binary(fctx.data())

filectx provides "isbinary" to test if the data is binary. Let's use it.

This enables other filectx implementations (like LFS) to override the
isbinary test.

  $ rm -rf a
  $ hg init a
  $ cd a
  $ echo a > a
  $ hg ci -Am0
  adding a
  $ hg tag t1 # 1
  $ hg tag --remove t1 # 2

  $ hg co 1
