tests/test-rebuildstate.t

generatorset: stop using a base as the _genlist

It does not add anything and makes it more complicated to have a simple baseset
implementation.

basic test for hg debugrebuildstate

  $ hg init repo
  $ cd repo

  $ touch foo bar
