python2.5 PyArg_ParseTuple fix
Python 2.5 doesn't like it when we mix str objects and the "t#" format
in PyArg_ParseTuple. Change it to use "s#". Tested with python 2.3, 2.4
and 2.5.

It is a simple wrapper around kdiff3, merge(1) and tkdiff(1), or simply diff(1) and patch(1) depending on what is present on the system. hgmerge(1) is used by the Mercurial SCM if the environment variable HGMERGE is not set.
