branchmap: _updatebranchmap does not need to be filtered
The `_updatebranchmap` method on repo does not need to be filtered as all
callers are already handling filtering themself.
The fact it is filtered may had even lead to buggy behaviors, but by chances the method
make very sparse use of the repo object.
Test update logic when there are renames
Update with local changes across a file rename
$ hg init
$ echo a > a
$ hg add a
$ hg ci -m a
$ hg mv a b
$ hg ci -m rename
$ echo b > b
$ hg ci -m change
$ hg up -q 0
$ echo c > a
$ hg up
