walkchangerevs: simplify by using match.always() method
Since "slowpath = match.anypats() or (match.files() and
opts.get('removed'))", we can simplify the condition "not slowpath and
not match.files()" to "not match.anypats() and not match.files()",
which is equivalent to "match.always()".
