rust-utils: strip redundant prefix from enum

This was highlighted by `clippy`, I think this makes the code cleaner.

  $ echo foo > a
  $ hg ci -Am0
  abort: abandoned transaction found

recover, explicit verify

  $ touch .hg/store/journal
  $ hg ci -Am0

  $ hg recover --verify  -q

recover, no verify

  $ touch .hg/store/journal
  $ hg ci -Am0
  abort: abandoned transaction found

Check that zero-size journals are correctly aborted:
