tests/test-issue1089.t

test-removeemptydirs: adjust to Windows behavior for the `histedit` case

Windows stay in the "same" directory and the warning message is not applicable.

This make `tests/test-removeemptydirs.t` pass on Windows.

  $ mkdir a

  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
