test-commandserver: change way of triggering early crash
Future patches will move the logging facility out of the server class, so
cmdserver.log can't be (ab)used for this purpose. Instead, let's hook the
factory function to raise exception.

$ echo a > a
$ hg ci -Ama
adding a
$ hg an a
0: a
$ hg --config ui.strict=False an a
0: a
$ echo "[ui]" >> $HGRCPATH
$ echo "strict=True" >> $HGRCPATH
$ hg an a

should succeed - up is an alias, not an abbreviation
