bdiff: drop support for array.array argument from pure.bdiff.bdiff()

Thanks to 2a18e9e6ca43, we no longer pass array.array('c') object to
bdiff().

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
