bookmarks: fix head selection for merge with two bookmarked heads

A type mismatch caused the search for the other head to fail. The code is
fragile, and instead it ended up using the 'first' bookmark head, but the
ordering is undefined and it could thus randomly use the wrong bookmarkhead
and fail with:

  abort: merging with a working directory ancestor has no effect

Create 2 heads containing the same file, once as
a file, once as a link. Bundle was generated with:

# ln -s a l
# hg ci -qAm t2 -d '2 0'

  $ cd t

  $ hg up -C 3

Merge them and display *_ISLINK vars
merge heads

  $ hg merge --tool="python ../echo.py"

  (branch merge, don't forget to commit)

Test working directory symlink bit calculation wrt copies,
especially on non-supporting systems.
