remove: print message for each file in verbose mode only while using `-A` (BC)
hg rm -A option prints the message of every file in the repo. This is not very
user friendly for a big repository with thousands of files. So enabling this
feature only when run in --verbose mode (hg rm -Av)

difficult on Windows), please at least run `contrib/check-code.py` on
any files you've modified and run `python contrib/check-commit` on any
commits you've made (for example, `python contrib/check-commit
273ce12ad8f1` will report some style violations on a very old commit).
