tests: add tests showing pulling from infinitepush works over wire The current tests in test-infinitepush-ci.t showed that `hg pull -r <rev>` does not work. Digging in code, I found that we have logic for pulling from bundlestore without having client side logic. This patch adds test demonstrating that pulling from bundlestore works when working over wire. Pulling from bundlestore when the peer is a localpeer still does not works. Testing head checking code: Case B-6
====================================

Mercurial checks for the introduction of new heads on push. Evolution comes
into play to detect if existing branches on the server are being replaced by
some of the new one we push.

This case is part of a series of tests checking this behavior.

Category B: simple case involving pruned changesets
TestCase 6: single changesets, pruned then superseeded (on a new changeset)
