rebase: rename and test '_destrebase' We make the name consistent with the other similar revsets and make sure it has minimal tests.

Failed qimport of patches from files should cleanup by recording successfully
imported patches in series file.

  $ echo "[extensions]" >> $HGRCPATH
  $ echo "mq=" >> $HGRCPATH
  $ hg init repo
  $ cd repo

  $ hg ci -Am'add a'

qimport valid patch followed by invalid patch
