highlight: remove author name from docstring
I don't feel this should be part of the documentation. The name of the
original author can of course still be found with 'hg log'.
Basic install:
$ make # see install targets
$ make install # do a system-wide install
$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg # see help
