tests/test-hgweb-non-interactive.t

revset: changed orderedlazyset to also extend _orderedsetmixin

Now orderedlazyset can use the lazy min and max implementation.

Tests if hgweb can run without touching sys.stdin, as is required
by the WSGI standard and strictly implemented by mod_wsgi.
