heptapod-ci: also run tests for chg on python 2
I am not aware of any regular effort to run test with chg. So let's at least do it
here.

a simple plain text format that's easy to read and edit:

It's also convertible to a variety of other formats including standard
UNIX man page format and HTML. You'll need to install Docutils:

Use the Makefile in this directory to generate the man and HTML pages.
