clone: don't %-escape the default destination (issue3145)

  $ hg init a
  $ cd a
  $ hg init b
  $ echo x > b/x

Should print nothing:

  $ hg add b
  $ hg st

Should fail:

  $ hg add b/x

Should fail:

Should arguably print nothing:
