dirstate: remove _filefoldmap property cache
Now that the filefoldmap is source of truthed on the dirstatemap, let's get rid
of the property cache on the dirstate.

commits you've made (for example, `python contrib/check-commit
273ce12ad8f1` will report some style violations on a very old commit).
