bundle: lookup revisions after addbranchrevs
When addbranchrevs extends revs, it adds changeset hashes, and not node ids.
Which means that we have to lookup for revisions _after_ the addbranchrevs
call, instead of before.
Basic install:
$ make # see install targets
$ make install # do a system-wide install
$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg # see help
