match: make the FLAG_RE pattern a raw string

PyCharm was complaining about invalid escape sequences since this was added
recently in 3eda36e9b3d6.

  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b

  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ cd b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
