export: add -B option to select a bookmark

Just like `hg email -B`, `hg strip -B`, supports -B in export to select a list
of changesets reachable from a bookmark.

#require no-msys # MSYS will translate web paths as if they were file paths

This is a rudimentary test of the CGI files as of d74fc8dec2b4.
