Bug:1201 hg convert on CVS working copy produces Traceback
Fix identified by frank@kingswood-consulting.co.uk
Changed usage fron os.environ["HOME"] to expanduser("~/.cvspass") as
this is the
only usage of this construct in mercurial sources.
