Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
tests: skip tests that require not having root (issue4089) This adds a new root hghave to test against. Almost all of these are a subset of unix-permissions, but that is also used for checking exec bit handling.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
