copy: refactor okaytocopy into walkpat
- rename core copy function to copyfile
- move origsrc details into copyfile
- turn okaytocopy loop into walkpat
Basic install:
$ make # see install targets
$ make install # do a system-wide install
$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg # see help
