convert: allow repo root to be matched in filemap
For consistency with "rename subdir ." syntax in filemap, also support
"rename . subdir".
Basic install:
$ make # see install targets
$ make install # do a system-wide install
$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg # see help
