perf: start recording total time after warming
The warming might be costly and this should not affect the "time profile" of the
actual collection.
$ echo "[extensions]" >> $HGRCPATH
$ echo "mq=" >> $HGRCPATH
$ hg init repo
$ cd repo
$ echo 'base' > base
$ hg ci -Ambase
adding base
$ hg qnew -mmqbase mqbase
$ hg qsave
