py3: add __pycache__ to .hgignore
Something changed with Python 3 just like million on things. Maybe they should
named Python 3 as anaconda or cobra instead of just increasing the version
number.
This makes test-custom-filters.t pass on Python 3.

Testing head checking code: Case A-5

Mercurial checks for the introduction of new heads on push. Evolution comes
into play to detect if existing branches on the server are being replaced by
some of the new one we push.
This case is part of a series of tests checking this behavior.
