tests: skip largefiles and lfs tests when using simple store
Getting these tests to pass is more work than it is worth right
now. Let's punt on it.

Serving LFS files can experimentally be turned off. The long term solution is
to support the 'verify' action in both client and server, so that the server can
tell the client to store files elsewhere.

default cache, so it attempts to download.
