test-convert-git: Use ~ instead of ^
Solaris sh interprets ^ as pipe symbol and the test thus failed in strange
ways. git can however use of HEAD~ instead of HEAD^.
Basic install:
$ make # see install targets
$ make install # do a system-wide install
$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg # see help
