ui: write prompt text in ui.prompt(), not in ui._readline()

self.label() is replaced by label= option, which should make it clearer why
we can't pass the text to raw_input(prompt).

  $ hg init
  $ echo a > a
  $ hg ci -Am0
  adding a

  $ hg -q clone . foo

  $ touch .hg/store/journal

  $ echo foo > a
  $ hg ci -Am0

Check that zero-size journals are correctly aborted:
